Avocado toast has become one of my favorite snacks. It’s easy to make and takes less than 10 minutes to cook! Here’s how I make my vegan cheesy avocado toast.

Directions

  • Place avocado, red onion, peppers, jalapeno peppers, and chickpeas into a food processor.

  • Once it reaches the desired consistency, take your slices of bread and toast for two minutes.

  • Once done, it’s time to assemble your toast. Top with vegan cheese (can melt on toast if desired) and the minced up vegetables.

  • Sprinkle paprika on top and you’re all done!
