[VEGAN] LOADED CHEESY AVOCADO TOAST | ANGELIC BAKEHOUSE RECIPE
Avocado toast has become one of my favorite snacks. It’s easy to make and takes less than 10 minutes to cook! Here’s how I make my vegan cheesy avocado toast.
Red onions (optional)
Red peppers (optional)
Jalapeno Peppers (optional)
Place avocado, red onion, peppers, jalapeno peppers, and chickpeas into a food processor.
Once it reaches the desired consistency, take your slices of bread and toast for two minutes.
Once done, it’s time to assemble your toast. Top with vegan cheese (can melt on toast if desired) and the minced up vegetables.
Sprinkle paprika on top and you’re all done!
