ROASTED CAULIFLOWER KALE SALAD | VEGAN

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale

  • 1 box of cauliflower florets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Seasoning of choice

Directions

Place cauliflower in a ziplock bag. Add olive oil and seasoning to bag. Then shake up to coat florets in seasoning.

Air fry at 300˚ for five minutes. Open the air fryer and shake basket to turn cauliflower for even cooking.

Continue to air fry for an additional 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, add kale (onions, red peppers, and cabbage if desired).

Once cauliflower is done cooking in air fryer, place on top of kale. Add your favorite dressing and enjoy.
